Success, be it personal, familial, communal, national or organizational is always the direct result of creative thought and action. I have always been a slow learner; and it is not surprising that it took me more than thirty years of working with people and communities in different parts of the world to fully understand that great success in the family and in communities was invariably the outcome of great love. On hindsight, it is easy to understand why. We do not nurture someone we despise, and this is very true for our personal development and success.
